VW ID. Buzz day van conversion
A day van conversion turns the VW ID. Buzz Cargo into a five-seat everyday van: rear seats, side windows, a lined and insulated interior, a new ceiling and lighting, with the load space kept behind the seats. Buzz Conversions offers two levels, the Semi Day Van from £8,195 and the Full Day Van from £8,645, both including VAT and fitting at Buzz HQ in Kent.

What a day van conversion includes
Every day van starts with our Kombi-Seat conversion: a 2+1 row of rear seats on our own subframe and VW original glass in both sliding doors. We then strip the load area, soundproof and insulate it with a moisture barrier, and fit our own side panels, a new ceiling with LED light strips and a quilted headlining.
We never stick carpet to bare metal. Our side panel is shaped around the door profile with a new full wheel arch, which frees up space: about 1,500 mm panel to panel, against 1,220 mm on a standard Cargo.

Can I convert an ID. Buzz Cargo into a day van?
Yes. Both our day van conversions are built on the VW ID. Buzz Cargo, adding rear seats, windows and a finished interior while keeping a practical load area.
How long does a day van conversion take?
A Full Day Van takes around two weeks or more in our workshop. We confirm your dates when you reserve your build.
How do I reserve a build?
A 50% deposit by bank transfer secures your workshop dates, using Reserve my build on the package page or through the team. The balance is due when you drop your Buzz with us on day one.
