Buzz Agent
Buzz Agent is an AI agent on our website. It answers questions about our packages and prices and sets up your enquiry. Your messages are processed by Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI model, to write each answer. Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models. We save the chat with your enquiry so our team can follow up. Please do not share card details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Cookies
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you allow. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- Necessary: keep your basket, sign-in, cookie choice and site security working. These are always on.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, to see which pages people use so we can improve the site.
- Marketing (optional): the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, to show you relevant ads and measure them.
We keep your cookie choice for 12 months, then ask again.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, under contracts that protect it:
- 20i, our website host (UK)
- Google, for business email (Google Workspace), Analytics, Ads and reviews
- Meta, for Facebook and Instagram ads, if you allow marketing cookies
- Anthropic, for Buzz Agent
- Delivery companies, to send your order
- Our registered Kombi-Seat installers, only when you ask us to put you in touch
- Our accountants and professional advisers, and the authorities where the law requires it
Information sent outside the UK
Some of these companies store information in the United States or the EU. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy rules, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and Buzz Agent chats: 2 years from our last contact, unless you become a customer.
- Orders, invoices and workshop records: 6 years, as tax law requires.
- Your account: until you ask us to close it.
- Email marketing: until you unsubscribe.
How we keep it safe
The whole site runs on HTTPS. Passwords are stored scrambled, so no one can read them, and sign-in locks after repeated failed tries. Our admin system is limited to authorised staff, with a two-step code. We never collect card details through this website.

You have the right to:

- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
