Terms of service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use buzzconversions.com, buy from our shop or book work on your van with us. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

Buzz Conversions Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16871924, VAT number GB 509 2501 13. Registered office: 52 Maple Leaf Business Park, Ramsgate CT12 5GD. Email hello@buzzconversions.com or call 07460 044320.

1. Our products and services

We sell parts and accessories for the VW ID. Buzz and carry out conversions, fitting, wraps, paint protection film and detailing at Buzz HQ in Kent and through our registered installers. Photos are a guide. Colours and finishes can vary slightly from screen to van.

2. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is shown at checkout. Quotes for conversions and workshop work are based on the package and options you choose. If we make a pricing mistake, we will tell you before we go ahead, and you can cancel with a full refund.

3. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price is wrong, and we refund you in full if we do.

4. Payment

You pay by bank transfer to Buzz Conversions Ltd, using the bank details on your order confirmation or invoice. Please use your order number as the reference. We start work or send your order once payment has cleared. We never ask for card details by email or phone, and we will never ask you to pay into a different account. If you are unsure, call us on 07460 044320 before you pay.

5. Conversions and workshop bookings

  • A 50% deposit secures your workshop dates. The balance is due when you drop your van with us on day 1.
  • Please remove personal items before drop-off.
  • We agree the work, timings and any changes with you before we start. If we find something on your van we did not expect, we contact you before doing extra work.
  • Timings are our best estimate. Parts delays and extra work can move dates, and we keep you updated.
  • Conversions change your vehicle. You are responsible for telling your insurer and, where needed, the DVLA.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy for delivery costs and times.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Guarantees and faulty goods

If an item is faulty or our work is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. Some parts also carry the maker's own warranty, which we will help you claim. Our guarantees do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or work carried out by others.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Using our website

  • Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or uploading harmful code.

11. Reviews and comments

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. Please keep it honest and lawful.

12. Your personal information

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. You can also bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
